About Therapy Reflect
Therapy Reflect is built for real counselling workflows: intake, session scheduling, session notes and actions, transcript storage, and follow-up. It’s designed to support your clinical judgement — not replace it.
-
Counsellor dashboard Manage clients, sessions, follow-ups, and records in one place.
-
Client dashboard Publish summaries and action lists clients can actually use between sessions.
-
Session recorder + transcription Record in-browser or upload audio, then store transcripts alongside notes.
-

-
Customizable Intake Forms Easily build custom intake forms using the visual intake form builder for new clients.
Simple tools. Clear control. Better follow-up.
Awareness Identity Training (AIT)
A guided 7-stage training program designed to help clients recognise identity-driven thought loops, build practical awareness skills, and improve real-time “reality response” over time.
For clients
- Read and listen to each chapter
- Complete the exercise and log reflections
- Track progress across all 7 stages
Access is provided by your counsellor through Therapy Reflect.
For counsellors
- Provide AIT as a structured between-session tool
- See exercise completion and client entries
- Use progress to guide session focus and follow-up
Start a trial to explore the workflow, then invite a client.
If you don’t already have a counsellor using Therapy Reflect and you’d like to access AIT, you can apply as a new client from the AIT page.
What you can do
Custom intake forms
Clients complete the online intake before the first session. Counsellors can add internal notes (risk flags, themes, session focus) that clients don’t see.
Client action lists
Create actions during the session. Clients can see them later, track progress, and focus on the next steps.
Export-ready structure
Session data (transcript, actions, summary) is structured so PDF export and billing reports can be added cleanly.
Short demo video
A quick walkthrough is coming soon. It will show the full workflow end-to-end: intake → session → transcription → AI → publish actions.
What you’ll see in the demo
- What it is
- The problem it solves
- Counsellor dashboard & clients
- Session workflow (recording + notes)
- Transcription + AI partner
- Publishing to clients
If you’d like early access to more content, start a trial and we’ll share updates as they’re published.
Embedded video uses YouTube. If your browser blocks embeds, open the video directly on YouTube.
How it works
Start a trial
Create your counsellor account instantly (no credit card). Trial limits keep it safe to test: 1 client, 5 minutes max recording.
Invite a client
Add your client (or import your list via CSV). They complete the intake before the first session so you can prepare properly.
Run the session
Use the timer, record audio (optional), add notes and actions, and transcribe anytime (partial or final).
Reflect and publish
Use the AI partner for summaries and action suggestions. Publish what the client should see — internal notes remain private.
AI that supports the counselling process
Therapy Reflect’s AI is designed to help counsellors think clearly and work systematically — especially when you want a quick second view on themes, structure, and possible next steps.
What counselling is
- A collaborative helping relationship focused on insight, coping, and meaningful change
- Not advice-giving - it supports agency, responsibility, and self-direction
- Grounded in trust, boundaries, and confidentiality (with clear limits)
How sessions unfold
- Preparation → Joining / Rapport → Exploration
- Insight & meaning-making → Change & goal-setting
- Ending & review with clear next steps
Core skills & approaches supported
The AI reflects patterns and suggests structure across common approaches (humanistic, CBT, gestalt, psychodynamic, and integrative work).
-
Micro-skills
Active listening, reflection, paraphrasing, questioning, and summarising. -
Common challenges
Resistance, dependency, crisis prioritisation, and ethical referral considerations. -
Relationship-first focus
Technique supports the therapeutic alliance — it never replaces it.
